Guest records are at the heart of most FIAS integrations. OPERA pushes them in real time whenever a guest checks in, checks out, has data changed or moves rooms.

Handling
- Room moves — release the old room (
RO) and set up the new one (RN). - Sharers — key on
RN + G#; one sharer leaving must not clear the others. - Duplicates — after reconnect or resync you may receive the same GI again; process idempotently.
