FAQ

What does a FIAS record look like?
Each record starts with STX (0x02) and ends with ETX (0x03). The first field is the two-character record type (e.g. GI); fields are separated by |, and each field is a two-character field ID followed by its value, e.g. RN1203 for room 1203.
What are the date and time formats?
Dates (DA) are YYMMDD and times (TI) are HHMMSS.
